Scribo Feel Ombre Verdi Fountain pen

A shadow is defined as an outline of an object that forms due to the blockage of a light source and its shape changes depending on the position of an object and the light source that illuminates it.

Scribo has created the new Feel Ombre Magenta and Ombre Verdi with semi-transparent resin, a material by its nature made up of contrasts which at the same time confuses the profiles and attracts us: the concepts of fragility, solidity, transparency, or lightness make a short circuit between our senses and our rational beliefs.

The shadows and transparencies that we glimpse on the Scribo Feel Ombre Magenta, thanks to its resin, are more distinct and reveal the inside of the fountain pen body and its several craftsmanship in a clearer way than on the Scribo Feel Ombre Verdi, in which the transparencies appear, to the human eye, more hidden.

The semi-transparent resin of our two new Scribo Feel is extraordinary for the infinite plays of light and shadow it manages to create when placed in front of a light source, so these materials speak to us in the most intimate language we have, that of the senses.

The Scribo Feel Ombre Magenta and Ombre Verdi are also made in 219 pieces per color and are available with all SCRIBO nibs.

The body of the pen, which has the shape of the Doric column, is turned by hand from a solid bar. The cap, the barrel and the knob, characterised by a slight entasis (from the greek word εντείνω) that enhances the shape, describe a statuesque object with a neo-classical, elegant and timeless design. Even the nib-holder, before tapering to the classic circular section, is finished with a hint of facet that facilitates the handle and allows you to better manage the angle which you want to use the nib with.
