Conklin Herringbone

The Conklin Herringbone collection is based upon an original Durograph model from the 1920's. Conklin has successfully adapted a classic vintage style to satisfy the current trends of the 21st Century, combining modern materials with traditional designs to create a stunning new collection.

Crafted out of aircraft-grade aluminium, the caps and barrels are engraved with a classic Herringbone pattern and then further coated with several layers of translucent coloured acrylic and epoxy to protect the finish, and ensure that the colours will not fade over time. New technology was developed to retain the textured finish of the guilloche style of engraving.
