Ik heb gekozen voor de Initialen op de pen. Helaas was het orginele dopje eraf.
De initialen zijn duidelijk, doch het onderliggende vlak is dof. Wellicht is dit een bewuste keuze van de maker om het effect van de letters te verhogen.
Het 'dopje' bestaat uit twee delen; een soort jing en jang vorm die door het magnetisme in de dop vast zitten.

Would be better if a small magnet was available, now I had to find one around the house.
Not 5 star rating, due to the fact that both halves of the initials are not lining up perfectly: there remains a small gap between both parts.
I opt for the tiger’s eye for my Homo Sapiens Bronze Age.
You have to be careful that the rim of the gem is silver colored, while the trim of the Bronze Age is bronze, but I kind of got used to it after a while.
I ordered my initials to decorate and distinguish my new Visconti Homo Sapiens Crystal Dream. They are easy to install and add a nice little touch to the pen.
As an improvement idea - the current initials are embossed on a piece of silver-colored sheet. To make them match Bronze Age theme better, it'd be nice if they were available in the same color scheme as the details of the pen itself.
Hi, I have 2 VISCONTI MY PEN SYSTEM: the white pearl and the black agathe, it's nice on my Opera Master Polynesia and easy to change: if you approach a strong magnet to the base, it automatically goes out of the top of the pen and you can simply drop on anothe of your chose. Cheers, Olivier
The lapis is a deep alluring color. I put this lapis insert in the end of the body of my Homo Sapiens Demo Gem. Looks great! Appelboom also ships quickly and responds to questions promptly.
I like the Visconti MPS as a very nice personal touch for my Van Gogh fountain pen.
The build quality is good, however I think the price is a little too high.
