The My Pen System is the perfect way to personalize your Visconti Pen: you now can personalize your pen regularly according to your mood, occasion or even clothing! Please note: not all Visconti pens can be used in combination with the My Pen System. If you do not know if your pen is suited for this system, please contact us, we are happy to help.

How does it work?

The Visconti logo can be easily removed with the use of a small magnet. The open space can then be filled with your preferred My Pen System magnets. There are a lot of possibilities. You can use your initials, but also natural stones (Amber, Amethyst, Cornelian, Hematite, Malachite, Lapis lazuli, Tiger's eye, Onyx, Olive, Pearl, Turquoise, Yellow Agate) or Western or Eastern zodiac signs.

The name Visconti has been for the past twenty years a synonym for writing instruments of extraordinary beauty, historically and technologically studied. The fountain pens, rollers and ballpoint pens by Visconti make up a wide range of high quality instruments with a strong identification. You can make your choice above.

Please note: when you would like to order initials, please make a choice at "Initial 1" and "Initial 2". When you would like to order a stone or zodiac sign, you only have to make one choice (you can leave the other options to "NONE").

I opt for the tiger’s eye for my Homo Sapiens Bronze Age.

You have to be careful that the rim of the gem is silver colored, while the trim of the Bronze Age is bronze, but I kind of got used to it after a while.

I ordered my initials to decorate and distinguish my new Visconti Homo Sapiens Crystal Dream. They are easy to install and add a nice little touch to the pen.

As an improvement idea - the current initials are embossed on a piece of silver-colored sheet. To make them match Bronze Age theme better, it'd be nice if they were available in the same color scheme as the details of the pen itself.

Hi, I have 2 VISCONTI MY PEN SYSTEM: the white pearl and the black agathe, it's nice on my Opera Master Polynesia and easy to change: if you approach a strong magnet to the base, it automatically goes out of the top of the pen and you can simply drop on anothe of your chose. Cheers, Olivier

The lapis is a deep alluring color. I put this lapis insert in the end of the body of my Homo Sapiens Demo Gem. Looks great! Appelboom also ships quickly and responds to questions promptly.

When I decided to finally buy a Homo Sapiens Bronze Age, I wanted to personalize it a bit and purchased letters for my initials. Appelboom graciously installed the letters for me, probably when they were checking my Bronze Age for tine alignment. For the price, I would get it again if I was to buy another Homo Sapiens or pen that is compatible with the My Pen System. You are also able to get gems, western or Chinese zodiac signs to personalize your pen if you'd like.
