Review Title: the ever changing face of happiness

Sure, it was impulse buying that got me this nice little fountain pen from one of the most trustworthy European brands. Compared to my Souverän collection, this 2026 Special Edition comes cheap. And maybe, at first sight, the pen feels cheap as well.
I decided to ink it with a couple of dark colors - an effortless thing to do, thanks to the integrated filling mechanism and it was only then that I discovered two things.
First, and strictly functional, this small thing works pretty well with my pretty big hands. Even unposted balance works just fine, especially because the nib is much smoother than one might expect from steel.
The real discovery however is what I summarized in the title: with every ink you use, the pen shows another face, a face of happiness due to the dominating Pyrite colour contrasting with the part that contains the (fair amount of) ink.
