Review Title: What a beautiful, perfectly writing pen!

In one of the Appelboom newsletters, I came across Wancher. I took a look at the manufacturer’s products, as I did not know the brand at all, out of simple curiosity. And I found this model, which checks two boxes: a wooden body finished with Urushi lacquer. Until now I have not had a wooden fountain pen, nor one lacquered with Urushi. I opted for a broad steel nib, as the pen is rather big despite being light. I have not written with it intensively so far, but I can already say that it writes perfectly well without any tuning, right out of the box. The pen itself is simply gorgeous; its beauty comes from the materials. I hope that the Urushi finish will not deteriorate with time. It is worth mentioning that the pen arrives accompanied by a Japanese-style silk pouch with floral patterns.
