Radius Settimo, Frosted Blue, another Italian winner

I’ve taken to adoring Italian pens lately, and this frosted blue RADIUS Settimo was a recent addition to my collection. Out of the box I was very impressed with this pen, its steel nib wrote excellently, smooth, no hard starts, and with just a touch of nice feedback. No extraordinary line variation, but not a hard nail in my experience, and certainly was wet enough using Iroshizuki Kiri-Same. The body is simple but the matte finish of the beautiful translucent cerulean blue is what really makes this one. It looks and feels great, the threading isn’t noticeable at all, and felt very comfortable writing a long letter. It uncaps in just less than a full turn, sticks on the back OK, so makes it useful for office note-taking or other quick applications.
