I ordered the nibs to upgrade the steel nib of my m205 white...And what a superb writer....It is just a buttery smooth experience and in one word the nib is just ubersmooth..And as always hats off and thanks to joost sir and his team for the superfast delivery...Thanks a lot again

I got this 14c EF nib from Appelboom last summer to replace the steel nib on my Pelikan M215 Rings. The nib was carefully packaged in an envelope and arrived in my mailbox faster than I originally expected,

The nib itself wrote flawlessly out-of-box. The one I got is on the wetter side, thus it didn't give me any scratchy feeling I was worried about. The downside for me personally is this nib is still too nail to write with, though it's much softer than those in the 800s.

Review Title: Appelboom = Service, Integrity, and Trust! Pelikan M405 EF Nib is heavenly!

When I placed my first order with Appelboom, I had no idea that it might take sometime for it get delivered all the way out in California. I understood that it was back-ordered at Pelikan. Given the COVID-19, I want to applaud Mr. Joost's heroic efforts of getting nib from Germany to Holland and then to California. His integrity, and open communications with excellent customer service did win the day. My order arrived in no time once it reached Appelboom's store. I thought that may be I did an error ordering the Extra Fine nib for my Pelikan M405 as the medium was too broad for my test. I usually use my Sailor 1911 with fine nib. However, I was surprised to see how buttery smooth it wrote. I am very pleased and recommend to anyone to shop with confidence with Mr. Joost Appelboom. Review Title: Stick to EF for a fine line

I got the Extra Fine size to replace the steel Fine nib on my M215. Despite the name I consider the EF to be about as thick as you can get while still calling it remotely "fine." I would suggest anyone with small handwriting or who just wants thin lines to go with the EF over the F. It writes great, I am happy with the purchase. The only downside is the price, you could get a full set of EF/F/M/B steel nibs for the price of one gold.

Review Title: Beautiful nib

I bought this nib to replace the standard steel nib of my Pelikan demonstrator. It greatly increases the writing experience. The nib looks great and writes very smooth.
