Review Title: Great Product and Great Service

Recently I purchased this pen as a gift for a family friend who is just starting her legal career. The pen itself makes a positive statement about the owner. The Parker name is a well-known, respected, and reliable brand.
This is also my first purchase with Appelboom; the personal service and follow-up were excellent. They monogrammed the pen and had it to me in time to present as a gift. Throughout the transaction, they communicated the necessary tracking information and followed up to see if I was satisfied.
