My new favourite ink

Lately, I have grown an interest in permanent inks, and have used Montblanc and Graf von Faber-Castell inks. The Dokumentus ink have exceeded my hopes for permanent inks (I have tried black, dark & light blue). The ink behaves very well in my pens, puts a visible line on different papers, with minimal if any, bleedthrough, and no feathering even on the worst copy paper.

I have exposed the paper and ink to running tap water for 15 seconds and left to dry, and there has been absolutely no smudging or feathering of ink afterwards. This line of ink has now become my very best regarding longevity.

Bottles are quite standard and plastic, but easy to fill from. This is not a problem, since I do not display the bottles (if I did, I would just pour ink into another nice glass bottle - problem solved)

Excellent, well behaved ink

Excellent ink with great flow, great permanence. I use it in a fine nib with no issues. Extremely well-behaved on a variety of papers, unlike some of the other permanent inks I have tried. No bleed-through or feathering. Packaging is pretty good too. New favourite permanent light blue ink!

R+K dokumentus black
Pitch black ink ,very opaque.
waterproof ,
Has a slight chemical smell which reminds of ''Pébéo - encre chine''
Is on the dry side ,thicker ,lays broad lane ,
Might be a good choice for wetter nibs . Likely very usable for artistic purposes , though is quite expensive in comparison with non fp friendly pens . Would not recommend this for dry fine nibs .
