I love this pen. I got a Fine 18kt gold nib. I chose this pen because I liked the design and the material. When I received the pen I was pleasantly surprised by its weight and girth. What a joy to feel it and use it. From the first stroke, it wrote beautifully. It is certainly one of my top three writers. I currently carry it everyday. I highly recommend the pen and Appelboom who provided excellent service.

The body design is really beautiful. It looks like a mosaic of brown and pale blue and pale olive broken tiles patched together. Somehow the combination really works. I ordered it with a medium 18k nib, which is fairly rigid and easy to write with due to the wet ink flow. I think Scribo makes some of the most original pens on the market now and the nib carries on with the Omas tradition of the best nibs available. These pens are expensive but, given the quality of construction and the nib, they are totally worth it.
