This pen case has a nice feel and does protect the pen well as the pen is fully covered in this case. For my Pelikan M200, a rather small pen in comparison to many others, the case is a snug fit so bulkier pens might not fit. It will fit a pen slightly longer than Pelikan M200, but not thicker.
