The Sailor Pro Gear Classic Ko Maki-e Ala SV is the 4th edition fountain pen to join the Classic Ko collection.

Sailor Pro Gear Classic Ko Maki-e Ala SV GT Fountain pen features a mysterious motif reminiscent of ancient relics. The word “Ala” means wings, and this design is inspired by a myth in which winged gods who symbolize good omen and beauty appear. Silver “Maki-e” dotted with mother-of-pearl gives this fountain pen a fresh, alluring look.

The Sailor Pro Gear fountain pen uses the famous 21k gold nib and has a proprietary cartridge/converter filling mechanism.

Sailor pens was established in 1911 in Japan, becoming the first to produce fountain pens in their home country.
