Review Title: Stunning pen, average nib

Aesthetically, this pen is simply fabulous: the light blue resin has beautiful pearlescent white reflections and transparency without being too flashy. The useful ink window is nicely integrated.
The pen is tall but very well balanced, and the long, hourglass-shaped section makes it very easy to grip. It can be posted securely, but then the total length is close to 18 cm, which makes the pen back-heavy.
The 1.1 stub nib, tuned before shipping, is very smooth with good flow, but it tends to skip a lot on smooth paper (Rhodia, Apica One).
Under the magnifying glass, however, I don't detect any baby's bottom, so it may be due to incompatibility with the ink I use (Dominant Industry Periwinkle Blue, which perfectly matches the color of the pen). Perhaps a slight grind of the tip, removing the gold plating in that area, would improve things.
