I don't often splurge on limited editions but as a big fan of all things astronomy, a supernova themed pen was impossible to resist. The pen is BIG, hefty, but not heavy. It holds a fair amount of ink due to the flawless piston mechanism, so a bit of an ink tanker for longer writing sessions. The gold nib is very smooth. The broad nib isn't too broad, more like a very wet medium.

I would recommend pairing this fountain pen with space themed ink like Colorverse's Quasar. There's only one downside, really and that's the fact that it is, well, limited edition. So get one while you still can.

Leonardo doesn't disappoint with their releases. This PM5 is nicely moulded into the Supernova model showing off all the pretty swirls in all it's beauty.
As always it is a great pen, quality is there, ink flow is good and not a picky pen when it comes to ink.
Recommend it!

Fairly large pen, but well balanced. Love the material. Bought it with a BB nib. The red ebonite feeder makes this a superbly wet nib.
