A nice, solid, and very well crafted fountain pen. It has heft but is not heavy. The broad nib (steel) feels soft and leaves a consistent bold line of ink on the paper. The colour is elegant and beautiful, and the hand engraving precise and consistent.

I am surprised by how much I love this pen.

I love the color and detail of this LE Waldmann pen. It looks better in person then it does in pictures, and the nib has nice ink flow. I know there are 150 of these beauties, but if you are a fan of well crafted German pens, especialliy with the deep red finish on this one, don't hesitate to buy it now!!!
