I am a big fan of Pelikan pens. When I saw the M670 in warm grey I loved the black furniture and knew I needed it in my collection. I would have liked to see this one in an M800 or M1000 but not unhappy with the size at all. The fine nib is fantastic, very smooth out of the box, no issues whatsoever.

Appelboom was great to work with and kept me well informed and even helped when I regretted the medium nib I originally ordered and was accommodating in changing my order to a fine nib. Excellent pen, excellent service!

Perfect & unusual

Since I read about its release, I knew it was going to be a hit; I was wrong: it's magnificent, perfect, and unusual. The color is extraordinary, not common and good size; the nib is strong, precise, and feels so good; the black color is awesome, many new pens' nibs are rough and disappoint since new, not this one; the materials are soft but strong at the same time. The piston system is smooth, and the capacity is really good (I am an "only piston" fanboy). Sadly, my pen had an accident with my dog. I didn't hesitate to buy it again over another new or different model or pen. This is my first Pelikan pen, and I am so pleased and amazed by its quality, beauty, and usability.

Une plume hors de l'ordinaire

Cette plume Pelikan ne ressemble à aucune autre. Grise et noire jusqu'à sa pointe, elle détonne dans ma collection d'une cinquantaine de Pelikan. Par contre, elle partage la simplicité et la qualité qui caractérisent la marque. C'est dans son utilisation aussi efficace qu'agréable que cette plume quasi anonyme révèle son secret pourtant tout en couleurs.

There are 2 reasons to buy this pen: the unusual "warm grey" color and the dark gold nib. It is nicer and larger than M200 series, and comes in the usual beatiful Pelkan packaging. If you are a Pelikan fan like me, you will want this pen for your collection.
