This pen is so gorgeous I have two of them, but there are some downsides. Even the converter that came with one of them wouldn't fit -- the nib would not screw back on all the way with it in place. It works only with a genuine DuPont cartridge, and at that it dries out easily and the ink seems a little washed out.

Beautiful pen. Good weight, great write.
The box was in bits, all unstuck, the pen was in some random foam on top of the velvet base. No converter and no cartridges. An expensive buy that was let down by very shoddy packaging. I’d expect some ink options in a NZ$500+ pen.
That being said it got from dispatch in Netherlands to my home in New Zealand in 4 days.
