I've owned the pen for over a year, and it has exceeded my expectations. I went for the elastic fine nib, and despite not being well-versed in using flexible nibs, it was one of the most exciting writing instruments I've used. The piston filler is one of the standouts of this particular model compared to the Momento Zero, and I've used it for a lot of journaling and taking quick notes. I used inks like Montblanc Mystery Black, Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo, and Kiri-same, which, in my opinion, were the best choice for this model. I hope to expand my Leonardo pen collection. The only downside is the occasional scratchiness of the nib, but another feature is that the nib units are swappable.
I bought recently the Leonardo momento Magico glossy black ST. It's a beautiful fountain pen with a beautiful stainless steel nibb. The writing is smooth and elegant. I'm definitely gonna buy a second Leonardo.
Great ergonomics and balance in this nicely-sized and designed piston filler. Swappable nibs and user-serviceable (with tool) piston are a bonus, and the oversized ink window that peeks out from under the cap is a unique touch.
