Review Title: Beautifully Wet, Awkwardly Shaped: Living with the Scribo La Dotta Uovo in Raviolo

The Scribo La Dotta Uovo in Raviolo PVD Corten is a visually striking pen with a bold, unconventional design. The red-and-yellow resin evokes flames, and under close inspection reveals a subtle pearlescence that blends beautifully—more impressive in person than in photos.

Ergonomically, the pen is challenging. The barrel swells noticeably in the middle before tapering down to a very slim grip section, which feels awkward and uncomfortable in hand, at least initially. This unusual shape may require time to adapt to.

Performance-wise, the fine nib is a highlight: smooth, very wet, and a true gusher. Paired with Montblanc Royal Blue ink, it writes effortlessly and consistently.

Overall, this is a pen with a strange but distinctive design—uncomfortable at first, yet potentially rewarding once you get used to it.
