Review Title: Going back in time

Imagine that in the days of Virgil, the namesake of this pen, more than 2000 years ago fountain pens already existed. Then they may very well have looked like this. I think the marble like finish, the gold coloured accents and the overall styling are an absolute eye catcher.
Visconti nibs sometimes have a tendency to be hit or miss, the fine one on my pen writes very smooth and consistent (inked with Diamine Silver Fox). It is a bit on the dryer side, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing depending on the paper you use.
I would recommend the Comedia Virgilio to anyone who likes a pen that is a conversation piece and looks distinguished and very elegant.
