This is my second Yard-O-Led Viceroy Grand, and I got the medium nib this time instead of the broad. Both nibs write very well, and the pen is very well made. Interestingly, my Pinstripe72's cap is a little longer beneath the clip than my Barley's cap, so the overall Pinstripe72 is longer than the Barley. This could just be the batch my pen is from or maybe even just my pen. It doesn't really matter, but I did notice that.
I expect my sterling silver pens to become family heirlooms, and the Pinstripe72 is no exception. The craftsmanship should last generations.

This fountain pen is really very beautiful. It feels good in the hand, it's pleasant to write with, it's not scratchy. After a month of writing, I'm having a good experience with it. At first when writing it would break the line, but after I washed the nib it writes fine. A unique pen with a long history.

When the pen arrived, out of the box, I must have spent almost an hour staring at it on my desk! I was entranced by its beauty and craftsmanship! It has a certain heft to it when you write with it, but it isn’t heavy at all. The cap on this unit might be a little tight but I’ve learned to roll with it. The nib writes very smoothly, with no hint of feedback. It looks so elegant and classy in my hand or on my desk. It is really a marvel! Love it!
