The overall design is unique, a perfect desk pen with the most beautiful nib section of all fountain pens I know. This neck brace/turtle neck design is unique and the nib is a very good one (especially after the Appelboom tune & smooth).
On the not so perfect side: The surface is not evenly treated and the fact that opening of the body means to just pull it off instead of screw it off is sometimes strange.
Overall a wonderfull addition to any collection that stands out.

I am satisfied with the pen. The design is extraordinary and unlike anything I have ever seen. The carbon Fiber is solid and warm to the touch. Once the pen begins writing, it lays down a wet, consistent line. The only issue is the 14K nib has a tendency to hard-start at times. Other than that, the Venvstas is a good pen and worth the expense. I would purchase it again.
