This is my first limited set and I have to say, that I am pleased with the whole package. The best of course, is the fountain pen. In my case, it is a first Lamy 2000 pen I ever have and after using it for a few months, I understand why people like it. In the beginning I consider it a really light pen (I was used to some heavier pen), but now it has become my daily driver. It writes without any problems, this ink flow is consistent and I am using the pen daily. I really like the pen and even if the "limited edition" would not be available, I would buy another Lamy 2000 pen, just to have it in the collection. It is a really good pen!
Price is little steep for Lamy 2000 but it is worth it, fantastic build quality and great color, with a nice presentation box. Pleased with my purchase
I love the Lamy 2000. I have several. Bought this for the color.
Certainly overpriced but the Black Friday sale made it palatable.
Mr. Appelboom was kind enough to prove this with an OBB nib.
I have to start by saying the Lamy 2000 is one of my favorite pens ever, I have at least 3 nib sizes inked at any one time, so I am biased. This is the same reliable, comfortable pen as the other colors but in green. I wish it came in more colors all the time! Appelboom was, once again, wonderful to deal with. I had requested a special nib size and they accommodated me quite easily. Top notch customer service!
The Lamy 2000 is considered a classic for a lot of reasons and there‘s a lot of praise for it out there — completely deserved in my way.
This special edition gives you the same great performance and, design and quality in a gorgeous deep green.
The set with a notebook and a book about the designer is a nice addition too!
The price is a bit steep compared to the standard edition, but that’s what you have to put up with when buying special/limited editions.
The service by Appelboom was absolutely perfect with lightning fast replies and shipping.
Above all , before I start my review, I would like to Thanks my friend Joost for the wonderful service which he is doing.
Thanks Joost and AppelBoom for this pen and the service you will provide.
Now coming to Pen, This pen is a great addition to someone who is looking to add Pine Green Color for Lamy 2000. Nice packaging . Quick delivery in 3 days to Singapore .
Pen is numbered and clip is shinny steel but rest of the features are the same .
I have Black and happy to be the owner of Pine Green.
With regard to the price , this is the most reasonable price I have saw anywhere.
Thanks Joost for eveything !
