The fountain pen Conklin Duragraph Abalone Nights Fountain pen it's one of those pen that makes you feel you pay less for what you get: a very good build quality pen, that is exactly the right size and weight. The abalone touch is what makes it very special, being a nice contrast to the serious black of the rest of the pen. I have the omniflex nib: It writes smoothly from the factory, no scratching or skipping or hard starts and it's just as wet as necessary. It behaves like a M nib, but there's no much line variation despite its name and shape. Overall a great everyday driver that makes you smile every time you look at the abalone. Totally recommended!
