Very good nib. I have all of the broadth now. Writing extensivly as a writer and Pelican never failed me. Your delicerance is superb. Five days snail post. Looking forward to new nibs.

Bought it to replace the original nib in an M200 from the ’90s.
I find the “gold” plated nibs more softer than the steel ones.
Depending on the mark of the ink, it writes very smoothly.
Replacing the nib was easy and done in a second.

Perfect steel nibs from Pelikan

Although the steel nibs look boring, they are very wet and smooth to write with, I particularly like the medium steel nib which I swap for one of my Pelikan M200 pens on Rhodia (90gsm) and Fabriano papers (85gsm), the nibs sold by Appelboom are reasonably priced and the packaging ensured my nibs were well protected while in transit. This is my first transaction with Appelboom and has been a pleasant one.

Bij de Pelikan pennen zijn de pen punten eenvoudig te vervangen, je kunt er dus meerdere kopen voor 1 pen. En op die manier verschillende schrijf diktes met één pen gebruiken.

I ordered both the EF and the F. In the past I ordered over 15 such nibs from other vendors and they were all either scratchy or dry or had a lot of issues. After kindly asking Appelboom to check and adjust the nibs before shipping, they did an amazing job. The nibs are near-perfect in all aspects (mind the subjectivity please): Very smooth with the right feedback, great flow, no skipping, write well in all directions and all strokes, and also have their usual semi-flex (a bit elastic - not really flex). Huge thanks to Appelboom nib specialist and their great service. Shipping took just one day from when the nibs became available from their supplier. Now this is my expectation for high quality met!
