Review Title: A renewed classic

The Sport collection is probably Kaweco's most iconic, as it is a series that is smaller than the usual ones on the market, but with the particular characteristic that when you place the cap on the top it becomes a size very similar to the standard fountain pen. This allows you to carry it comfortably in your pocket or bag and that is why it is considered the first travel pen in the world. Its design dates back to 1911 and has hardly changed.

Kaweco listened to us and improved the classic model by integrating a piston to refill the ink.

Initially, they launched the AL model at a much higher price than the simple Sport Classic model.

Fortunately for us, they are now launching the Sport Classic model with piston.

With a fairly reasonable price and a well-proven nib, the Kaweco Classic Sport Black Piston fountain pen is an excellent addition to any collection or a good pen for everyday use without having to worry about frequent ink refills.
