Review Title: Wrong pen

I purchased the pen in Verawood, but the product I received did not match what I had selected.
The wood of the cap was different from the rest of the pen — it was darker, probably made from a different type of wood than what I had chosen — resulting in a two-tone pen. A major mistake.
In fact, when the pen fell, the cap broke because it was made of a more delicate wood. I had specifically chosen Verawood to minimize the risk of such an incident.
Very unprofessional — I cannot understand why I received a pen made with two different types of wood!I can also send photos if needed
