purchased an S.T. Dupont lighter from Appelboom. As the item was temporarily out of stock on their website, they had to place an order directly with the S.T. Dupont official site, ship it to their warehouse first, and then forward it to me. Since the lighter was meant to be a Christmas gift, timing was quite tight, and I followed up with them several times via email.

I truly appreciate how responsive and helpful the Appelboom team was — they replied promptly to every inquiry, which made the waiting process much less stressful. In the end, we received the lighter on Christmas Eve, beautifully and securely packaged. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and excellent service. I would definitely shop with Appelboom again.
