The Jowo nib writes as hoped, general fitment good for the price. But the resin? Eye-catching design, average quality. Thinnesses and resin-on-resin threading (no metal) make the pen feel light and flimsy (brittle) - and there is a pungent off-gassing, too, so don't store with celluloid/ebonite/urushi pens!

Verdict: good only in parts

Once again i would like to thank Appelboom for being such a great pen shop, great variety, quick delivery, all products in perfect condition!
The pen is a fantastic writer, got mine with Steel Broad nib, smooth as butter. Being a lover of oversized pens, i found this one at a very good size and nice grip, i would definitely like to get my hands on a Collier Grande though. I have inked the pen with the Noodler's Apache Sunset ink (old stock) that matches perfectly the color of the pen!

This is one gorgeous pen, each acrylic blank is different making each pen unique, the one I received is spectacular. I ordered my pen with the nib custom tune and smooth, it writes perfectly smooth and wet.
Appelboom has the best prices on the web and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you...
