Review Title: Special

I have a few of the Opus 88 Zodiac pens, and was very glad to add this to my collection. I have the version with the 18K nib, and it's my only Opus 88 with a gold nib. The craftsmanship on the Zodiac pens is very good. They are some of my nicest pens when it comes to fit and finish. The metalwork is very beautiful with deep texturing and mirror polish on the shiny parts. The urushi on this pen is very high quality and mirror smooth like a pool of liquid. I have two Nakayas as well, and the quality on this is identical to my Nakayas. Most importantly, it's a great writer. Since I've gotten this pen, I've enjoyed it immensely. I have a few hundred pens in my collections and many limited editions from Aurora, Montblanc, and others, and this is one of the special pens that I pick up, not just to look at, but to write with day after day.
