Deze pen geïnspireerd door de Bauhaus beweging is enorm ergonomisch en zeer gedetailleerd afgewerkt, schrijft net niet als een gouden pen-punt maar komt dicht in de buurt. na ontvangst snel in gebruik genomen en tot nog toe geen andere vulpen gebruikt. Geweldig product met een ongekende prijs - kwaliteit verhouding.

I bought this pen looking for something to use at work. The pen feels great in hand; it isn't to heavy or to light.
The fine nib wrote great out of the box.
The design of the pen looks good, it is not to flashy nor is it dull/boring. The only thing to notice is that the grip might be slippery if you have sweaty hands.

De modellijn Studio van Lamy kenmerkt zich door een mooie styling.
De kleur Aquamarine vind ik fraai en tijdloos. De grip is voor sommigen mogelijk wat aan de gladde kant maar dat is een kwestie van uit proberen.
De variatie in breedte van de penpunten is groot. Aangezien ze onderling gemakkelijk uitwisselbaar zijn en de prijs van een losse nib heel betaalbaar is kun je een andere schrijfdikte mee bestellen.
De nib heeft soms even wat tijd nodig om lekker in te schrijven.

De aquamarine vulpen was de laaste vulpen van lamy welk mijn collectie van Lamy studio afmaakt.
Kwaliteit als kleur van de Lamy is super, de veer is als gewend van Lamy top voor de prijs..
Kwaliteit en prijs is meer dan goed, een aanrader. enigste opmerking is dat bij lang schrijven als vochtige vingers de vulpen iets glipperig kan worden.

The Lamy Safari is small/medium sized pen with a metal body that gives it a substantial weight in the hand, but is not uncomfortable. The Aquamarine color is stunningly beautiful. The basic Lamy steel nib will be familiar to anyone who most of Lamy's low- and mid-priced models: stiff, but very reliable. The chromed metal section is very smooth with a comfortable convex taper and a minimal step-up to the barrel, so most should be able to find a comfortable writing position.

The pen does not come standard with a (Lamy-proprietary Z27) piston converter filler, so if you want to use bottled ink, yes sure to order one. The lack of an included converter for a pen in this price range is the only reason I gave a lower price/quality rating.

This pen is a smooth writer out of the box! It writes with a consistently wet line and never misses a beat, always starting immediately even after a couple of days. It is comfortable to hold and the Aquamarine finish is outstanding. A solid pen!

A new color, so a new pen for the collection.
The Studio is a nice pen to write with.
As always the color that Lamy used for thuis Studio is good looking without being extremly bright.
