I am a male with average to small hands and find this pen comfortable to hold. I hold my pen close to the nib for finer line control and find the grip section is still small and comfortable to hold despite this being the girthiest pen I own.
The pen was purchased with an elastic extra fine steel nib and the line width is similar to a Japanese medium, and you can get a bit of line variation with the nib, but I wouldn't press down too hard.
Looks-wise, the Horn colourway is great and understated and you can probably use it in an office setting. The pen design is great, but I do have a little problem with the clip being annoying to use as I find it quite stiff.
Overall I enjoy the pen.

A very nicely designed and crafted pen. Individual without attracting too much attention. Nib very smooth and pleasant in extra fine. There is a little rattle from converter contacting at top cap end of barrel, but only notice it from time to time now.

The Leonardo Momento Zero is the second, of my personal collection of the Leonardo Officina Italiana pens. The Leonardo Momento Zero Horn with gold trim are among the top favorite pens in my collection. This pen comes in a diverse selection of gorgeous resin colors and trims. They are not only beautiful externally, but they make the writing an extatic experience. The weight and feel is well-balanced in hand, so you can have long writing sessions.

The body is numbered as 207 and it has two thin golden rings. The screw cap has three golden rings where it screws. It can be posted, but the pen is large enough to write unposted just fine. The gold-plated stainless steel nib [mine is Extra Fine] has the Leonardo logo and writes smooth and without effort in different kind of papers. The clip is the characteristic wheel clip that eases the attachment to either pockets or pen cases. It comes with an ink converter. The quality compares with that of the Pelikan pens.
