Review Title: smooth and mysterious

This pen is a promise for an exciting writing experience. At first, it looks like just another orientalist piece of equipment. But as one takes the (small) effort to look closer, oh my! I love the look of it, deep burgundy with little specks of gold, not too many and quite discrete. Its overall form is bold and smooth, not overly embellished but with a certain tension that I can't explain. Writing is smooth, the pen's weight is perfectly distributed, so you hardly have to push it. What a beauty! Certainly gets a prominent place in my little collection.
