The pen is as expected, quite beautiful.
I have several Visconti pens and unfortunately I had to send them off to get properly tuned.
But this pen was superb out of the box, thanks to Appelboom's nib customization.
It is a joy not only to look at this pen, but also to write with it.
I look forward to my next purchase with Appelboom,
a company I do not hesitate to do business with.

The Bordeaux color and the silver swirling trim is truly sublime. Twirling the pen in good light, it looks like a piece of art. The pen is well balanced, light and comfortable to write. Has the new 18KT Visconti in-house nib and while wet, it writes very well. You can switch nibs in this Divina. The pen will hold only about .8 ml of ink. I don't mind the push/pull piston captive converter. It works well and looks classic. The barrel is almost opaque, BUT you can see the ink sloshing in bright light. A welcome feature I didn't expect.

Finally, this is my 3rd order with Joost. While I had shipping delays as the stub version of this pen was not available, working with Joost to switch it to fine was effortless and quick. Overall, purchasing the pen from Appelboom was a great experience. Will definitely make another purchase in the future.
