A great wet ink with high shading

"Jacques Herbin" is the second and more expensive line of inks by the french company Herbin. I bought this ink as I was looking for an ink in a "medium gray" spectrum, not too charcoal, but not as light as the (cheaper) Herbin Gris Nuage. I was also looking for high shading and wet writing, wich this ink (Jacques Herbin Gris de Houle) both features. It's clearly wetter than both Graf von Faber Castell Stone Grey and Montblancs Oyster Gray, and the shading is strong and perfect. Only downpoint: it takes slighly longer to dry. In short: highly recommended as medium gray, wet ink with high shading.
