The Onoto Emma Hamilton Fountain Pen is the elegant companion to the Horatio Nelson Limited Edition and ranks among the most exclusive modern writing instruments produced by the British manufacturer Onoto. Released in 2006, it pays tribute to Lady Emma Hamilton (1765–1815), the celebrated muse, wife of Sir William Hamilton, and the great love of Admiral Horatio Nelson.

Together with the Horatio Nelson edition, it forms a remarkable historical pair that was originally offered as an exclusive presentation set.

Manufactured entirely from sterling silver, the Emma Hamilton was produced in a strictly limited edition of only 100 pieces worldwide, making it one of the rarest and most sought-after modern Onoto fountain pens.

The pen reflects the elegance and refinement of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Its cap is finished in exquisite powder blue enamel over a finely engine-turned guilloché pattern. The decorative "Nelson & Brontë" motif is inspired by the embroidered border of the dress Emma Hamilton wore when she first met Admiral Nelson following the Battle of the Nile.

A sterling silver cartouche bears a facsimile of Emma Hamilton's signature. The cap finial is decorated with a Maltese Cross, referencing the pendant Emma wore in the famous portrait painted by Heinrich Schmidt. This portrait was especially cherished by Nelson and was displayed in his cabin aboard HMS Victory.

The combination of sterling silver, fine enamel work, historical symbolism and an extremely limited production makes the Emma Hamilton one of the finest and most desirable modern Onoto collector's fountain pens.
