Review Title: Perfect purchase: early delivery, impeccable service, and an exceptional pen

Excellent shopping experience. The fountain pen was out of stock when I placed the order, yet it arrived before the estimated delivery date on the website. Furthermore, due to my own mistake, I thought another item was missing and contacted the store; the response was immediate, friendly, and entirely focused on helping. I eventually confirmed that the product had indeed arrived and that there were no issues, but the customer service was impeccable.

Regarding the fountain pen, I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on its writing performance. However, its appearance is extraordinary. I was worried that the resin pattern wouldn't be as attractive as shown in the photos, but the pen I received is just as beautiful. The feel and finish are excellent and convey a clear sense of quality. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service.
