Review Title: Greta product - exceptional service

This is a very nice pencil to use. Of course, it is a very thick diameter so is not suitable for fine/accurate lines but is great for conceptual sketching and rough notes.
More importantly than the pencil itself is the amazing service that Appelboom provides - my order arrived super quick and was packaged immacutely and even included a few extra small gifts which was a very nice surprise. This is online business at the highest level of personal service!
