Review Title: Great Montblanc with OB nib

I had to wait several weeks for the pen to arrive with the OB nib but the wait was worth it. The craftsmanship of the pen is top quality. The nib handles and writes beautifully. The pen is well balanced. I can post this pen with no problems and can write posted or without. I had always like the Montblanc designs because they incorporate unique features to the pens and the characters they are made for. I do must say the pens are getting pricey but thankfully Appelboom offers the best prices in my opinion.

I was never a huge fan of Elvis Presley and my primary reason for ordering this pen was to get the OBB nib on a Great Characters model.

To say I was pleasantly surprised by the pen when it arrived is an understatement. The grooved/serrated barrel is more comfortable in the hand than I expected and the pen is very well balanced (I don't post my pens) in the hand when writing because a lot of the total weight is in the cap.

As for the OBB nib ...... it was perfect out of the box and provides a smooth, wonderful writing experience that is noticeably more broad than the OB nib I've got on another MB pen. I absolutely love using it.

Appelboom's price was virtually unbeatable and if you want one of the more unusual nib sizes I can't recommend the overall service highly enough. My pen was delivered less than a month after ordering, with a factory-fresh custom-made and perfect nib already fitted. An online customer's life doesn't get much better than that.
