I bought a Lamy 2000 with a nib . I really like it, but I thought it was a little too much on the Broad nib side. Installing a Lamy 2000 nib is very easy. I am delighted with this fine nib. Very smooth writing, not too fine, kind of like the nibs on the Pilot fountain pens.
Ik heb een Lamy 2000 gekocht met een penpunt. Ik vind het echt leuk, maar ik vond het een beetje te veel aan de Brede punt kant. De installatie van een Lamy 2000 penpunt is zeer eenvoudig. Ik ben erg blij met deze fijne penpunt. Zeer soepel schrijvend, niet te fijn, een beetje zoals de penpunten van de Pilot vulpennen.
I wanted fine nibs to add to my collection of Lamy 2000s. Couldn’t justify buying more L2Ks so this was perfect for me. Shipping was quick and it came nicely packaged. I only received the nib instead of the whole nib unit including feeder, so please note this in case you are expecting a feeder too!
It is as exactly as I hoped to be. I has M and B nibs for my Lamy 2000, I wanted a more broad and "wetter" to my Lamy 2000 Bauhaus 100, and it is great. I will use only to sign, I have to sign a lot of documents at work and I think the broader nib, the better look of the signature.
I bought the medium nib as a replacement for a fine nib on one of my existing pens. This medium nib is super smooth, very wet and I absolutely love it. It didn’t arrive with a feed, which I expected from the photograph on the Appelboom site but as the feed on my existing pen works, this wasn’t an issue. Appelboom responded quickly to my queries regarding delivery of the nib and it came securely packaged in an ink vial. I can’t fault the pen nib or the service.

I ordered this nib for a specific type of 90gsm paper. As always the delivery followed the emails. The nib was in excellent condition, easy to fit and writes velvety smooth.
