I was so fond of the portable version of this pen that I had to get the desk one as well. A similarly excellent writing experience, along with great ease of use for this relative amateur, combined with an excellent weight in both the pen itself and its docking station. Thoughtful, beautiful, well-made, and surprisingly affordable for the quality of what you receive.

Review Title: Beautifully crafted pen

Taiwan is known for it's engineering skills and they brought that to perfection with this pen. It is beautifully crafted and the included sandpaper to further customize it is a nice touch. The pen is perfectly balanced and writing with it is a joy. The nibs from Schmidt have been carefully selected. I could not have been happier with the performance. Overall a nice addition to my desk!
