Omas Bologna Smeraldo Elegante GT Fountain pen

Omas is excited to announce the reintroduction of the Bologna fountain pen collection. Designed to be a shining example of the commitment to honoring the past while looking forward to the future. The Omas Bologna has been created in four striking colors of Diamoncast resin: Azzurro Diamante (Diamond Blue), Smeraldo Elegante (Elegant Emerald), Grigio Luminoso (Bright Gray) and Ametista Profondo (Deep Amethyst).

The slim and elegant Omas Bologna fountain pen has been updated from the pre-war design of the 1930s with a modern piston filling system as opposed to the original lever fill system, but otherwise has an almost identical silhouette. The Omas Bologna fountain pen is equipped with the same No.6 14 karat gold nibs range from EF to B available on the rest of the Omas collections.

Omas was founded in 1925 by Armando Simoni in Bologna, Italy. The name is an Italian acronym ( ‘’Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni’’), which for nearly a century has represented quality in design, materials, and performance along with incredibly beautiful colors and patterns.
