This pen is well balance and the jade resin is very beautiful. It writes quite well for a steel nib and it was tuned by Appelboom nib tune services which it never disappoints. And even if it delays the order I strongly suggest purchasing or requesting this service as I believe it is worth the price. The pen performed great out of the box and I have not experienced any problems. This is not the first time I purchase from Joost and I still enjoy the care in the packaging and the signature gift wrapping. I believe it is a nice touch that separates him from other retailers.

I love this pen. I was on the edge of fence for a while. As a similar pen from Esterbrook was also drawed my interest, but eventually, I got this beauty. I love its smooth nib and soft green; Using it in a peaceful early morning, what a joy! I indeed appreciate Appelboom provides tune and smooth service, so I can use it right away after opened the box. Thank you! By the way, I will be back!

Review Title: Leonardo Momento Zero Giada (Jade)

The Leonardo Momento Zero has been on my Wish List for some time. With the advent of this Giada or Jade finish I decided it was time to purchase one.
The appearance of this pen is quite stunning, with the mosaic-like green finish complemented by the gold bands on the cap and the body of the pen, and by the gold clip inserted into the cap.
I prefer fine nibs, and ordered my pen with an Extra Fine nib. This proved to be a genuine Extra Fine nib, closer to that found on Japanese pens than is often the case on European, which tend to be broader.
The pen has been a pleasure to write with straight out of the box.
I recommend it to anyone seeking a quality pen at a reasonable price.

This pen appealed to me from the moment I saw it being reviewed before it was released so I ordered it straight away and am so glad I did. It does not disappoint, it is so beautiful and writes so well with the Edelstein Jade ink I chose to go with it. My first Leonardo - the medium nib smoothed at Appelboom. A beautiful pen at a good price and sent across the world in such a straightforward manner by the folks at Appelboom. Thanks
