The Lamy Lx Ruthenium Rollerball (pronounce as "Luxe") features a body made of ruthenium-colored anodized aluminum, a ruthenium-coated clip, a translucent grey triangular grip section. The Lamy Lx Ruthenium Rollerball comes with a matching ruthenium-colored anodized aluminum pen case. Designed by Wolfgang Fabian.

One of the best, practical everyday writer fountain pens
Well suited for work & quick note taking , campus life outdoors etc

Lightweight
Solid construction
with a snap on cap & a variety of classy metallic finishes to choose from

Price / Quality
more on the steep end (for a daily use pen ?) but will last for years despite abuse !

Writing experience
I got mine in a broad
Beautiful line width , consistent , no start up or skipping issues
Well balanced for long writing sessions
Most stylophiles are familiar with the Lamy nib
One is essentially getting an upgraded version of the ever popular safari !

As always APPELBOOM is amazing
