The Laban Solar fountain pen is modern, with a sturdy aluminum body. The well-proportioned Solar features concentric grooves machined onto the aluminum alloy body. Accented with polished chrome on the sculpted clip. The chrome gripping section is knurled for writing comfort and control.

The Laban Solar fountain pen uses a stainless steel nib that is embossed with the Laban logo and uses a cartrdige/converter filling mechanism.

Laban was established in 1981 by John Hu and his brother Charles, with the aim of producing high-quality pens. Laban fountain pens are known for the high quality, perfect finish, and eye for detail. Laban is famous for their refined metal working, but the resin fountain pens of Laban are quite eye catching as well.
