I ordered the Filofax Classic Croc Personal in Chestnut and the entire experience with Appelboom was outstanding. The binder arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described. Appelboom handled a high demand restock like pros and still shipped quickly with clear tracking the whole way.
