I purchased this Diplomat Excellence A Skyline rollerball as well as the ballpoint as birthday gifts for my wife. She absolutely loves the color and finish, weight, width (she has medium to large hands), refill performance, balance, quality, and durability of both pens. I love Appelboom’s customer service and the price I paid for each pen. It was worth waiting 5 days for the lovely presentation package to arrive. I’m glad Appelboom ships to USA ????????. The wife is happy and I’m happy!
