This could be quite a long review...Right away the weight, balance and proportions are very harmonious which promote relaxed writing.. The writing is very smooth with low feedback, a really nicely proportioned combination. ( a Fine nib.) And then of course the Hira Maki-e embellishment ...a Japanese classic style, very attractive and refined in execution and colour combination . In all an outstanding pen ...improved now with a slightly heavier brass version..

My first ever Namiki which I bought in 2017 or 2018. The nib is butter smooth and beautiful. Appelboom services are the best.

Very special Japanese pen for collection, came with a blue colour ink bottle. Fine nib close to Montblanc EF.
