Review Title: Beautiful pen

The fire blue version is a beauty and writes like a dream once you have gotten it into regular use. It lies nicely in your hand and has an even and consistent flow.
The extra fine tip feels a bit "scratchy” the first few times you write with it, but it passed. It is satisfying to write with this pen.

De Fireblue heb ik als kado gekocht, dus ik heb niet het genoegen gehad om ermee te schrijven. Ik heb ’m wel uitgepakt om te bekijken (omdat ik niet kon wachten na het zien van enkele reviews) en was betoverd door de afwerking. Heel mooie goud-, en blauwtinten, maar minder intens en scherp afgelijnde kleuren dan de foto op deze site. Ligt lekker stevig in de hand door het gewicht en het materiaal, en dit draagt bij tot het gevoel dat je met een unieke kwaliteitsvulpen aan het schrijven bent. Jammer dat ze terug in de doos moest om aan iemand anders te geven. Zeer tevreden over de snelle levering en klantenservice.

It is hard to spend time writing with this pen as you keep wanting to look at all the different colours in the light. The colours on my pen are more deep blues, purples and browns than in the photo but they are all different. It is a little shorter than the Kaweco AL Sport but a bit heavier due to the steel. Easier to write with the cap posted otherwise it is a very short pen. Beautiful finish, cute pen, easy to put in your pocket, great for notes, on the go but maybe a bit small for long term writing unless you have small hands.
